In order to connect with this phone, you need to have the battery in (or use the Cellebrite power cable set connected to the USB power on the RIFF Box and have it turned on in the Advanced settings); you also need a USB cable connected to your computer and the USB port on the device; so 2 sources of power; with it setup this way, press and hold the power button while you try and connect with the software; once you get the connection ("dead body" message) then release the power button. Also try the GPG JTAG Pro with this one.
