I am mature student seeking an Computer Forensics work placement in order to gain valuable industry related experience, as statistics show that students that complete an industrial placement are 6 times as likely to achieve employment on graduation. I have recently completed the second year of the BSC (hons) Computer forensics course at the University of Glamorgan. I am due to graduate in 2015, and strive to achieve either a 2.1 or a 1st. I have a keen interest in Computer Forensics and I wish to continue my development by obtaining a Masters in the field. I am familiar with MAC, Unix & Windows operating systems and understand the importance of evidential integrity, thorough analysis, data mining and data recovery. I have also completed Court room training provided by Bond Solon. Currently I maintain an average grade of 2:1 throughout the majority of modules studied. In addition to the skills gained through university I am also seeking external independent qualifications, such as; Access Data certified forensic examiner (A.C.E) & CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Due to having served in the Armed forces I am extremely punctual, reliable, analytical, professional, hard working and I am always looking to further my knowledge base and to gain valuable industry based experience. I work well as part of a team and I am able to use my own initiative. My prospective employer will not be disappointed! To obtain a copy of my CV please email me at matt.davies84@rocketmail.com. Thank you
