There is no issue with geography for the transfer. All I would need is the contact information of the new owners. (Name, Company name, Email address, Phone Number should be sufficient.)
The renewal rate (USD$200 for 1-year, USD$400 for 3-year) would be applicable. This renewal rate is offered for 30 days post expiration, however, the license will be inactive until renewed. No worries, I’ll be sending them Expiration Reminders (One month out, One week out, and One day out).
