Hard Copy II by Voom Technologies. Comes in a custom fitted, foam lined, Storm Case, iM2100. The case has some scrapes, but actually looks better than the photograph. Kit has the Hard Copy II unit, a suspect and target IDE cable, power cords to power the drives, 2 gender changers to go from the IDE cable to SATA, 1 gender changer to attach a 2.5 inch drive, power unit for the Hard Copy unit, printout of the user guide and a CD containing the user guide in bookmarked pdf format. The unit is complete and ready to use.
I have used this and it works perfectly. Generally, depending on drive speed, 2.7 Gigabytes per second to 2.9 Gigabytes per second was normal. These were IDE or SATA 1 drives. Never had any problems with the unit, but have stopped doing forensic work. The unit was only used briefly. This is by far the best imaging device I have ever used, extremely fast, does checksum, wipes target drive and has several other functions.
Case is 14x11x7 inches. The case did not come with the unit but was modified, with foam, to hold the equipment. Go to the Voom website and see the specifications for the Hard Copy II, the Voom Hard Copy III is $1,600.
