Hi,
I have an iPad that I originally examined and contained emails and an iCloud account.
However on later inspection I found that the iCloud account has been somehow deactivated and when opening the Mail app, I am presented with the setup screen.
I cannot reactivate the iCloud Mail option without a data connection, which for the integrity of the evidence I obviously cannot do.
Has anyone come across this before and has any idea of what could have caused this to occur or potentially if there is a solution?
